The team has been unresponsive to my messages. Furthermore, the first communication I received was highly unprofessional and disrespectful, making assumptions instead of asking for the reason behind our absence. I have been charged in full even though I canceled on time; there was a problem with the confirmation and I am still waiting for my money back.

Toll umgebautes Klostet, bequeme Betten, gutes Grühstück. Sehr nettes Lokal direkt daneben,gut zu essen.

Die Zufahrt ist leider nicht gutgekennzeichnet. Gehört besser angeschrieben.

Bardzo ładna okolica, pięknie urządzony, sprzątany codziennie, czysto.

W opisie pokoju była informacja o widoku. Jednak w rzeczywistości balkon był pod skosem, więc nie było widoku tylko ściany.
