Quiet location; secure shaded parking in large gardens; smartly decorated apartment; pleasant host; excellent value breakfast with delicious home produce.

We did not realise the 'maisonette' was accessed by a relatively narrow stairway and once in the living area there was another (attractive !) steep spiral stairway to the bedroom/bathroom. This might be a problem for those who are not fully mobile.

Location at about 10 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Peschiera and Lago di Garda in a quiet rural area. Homemade wines, easily reachable host (we could check in 2 hours earlier), insect covers at the balcony door and window, dresser table in the bedroom for the ladies, sort af shaded parking under gazebo like overgrown structure.

Minor things only for improvement in the Francesca maisonnette: The bed was ok, but not super, the cooker wasn't too powerful so took some time to heat pans, no baking pan and limited stocking of kitchen supplies (e.g. bottle opener, although available in breakfast room). For future improvement would be a great place to benefit to have solar panels and an Electric Vehicle/Car/EV charger as there are not many in the area.

Abbiamo trovato molto spazio per il bagno, magari un tavolino in più 😉
