Crystal's View Bed & Breakfast

We had a nice, cozy stay. Very comforting and beautiful environment to be in. Tasty breakfast! Would recommend!

It’s a wonderful stay and would stay there again when we visit Vancouver next time. We had a delicious breakfast and awesome view of downtown. The home was beautiful and the host, Crystal was wonderful!

It was an excellent experience! The room was beautiful, cozy, spacious and very comfortable. Crystal was an amazing host - very caring. She provided useful tips (and discount codes for the most popular entertainments), and entertained me with her stories (so it made my stay even nicer - felt a bit like at home or with a good friend! :)). Breakfasts prepared by Crystal were delicious - almost all homemade!! I'm very happy I decided to stay with Crystal and Jon, instead of booking a hotel.

This is my first time staying at this type of special home stay like hotel. I also chose to stay at Crystal’s because I wanted to try our living in North Vancouver. The other major reason is that I might be able to get some valuable info about North Vancouver from Crystal and her husband John. As expected, Crystal and John are genuinely nice hosts. My room is very nicely decorated and I love the mattress. I always have a hard time getting over jet lag when I travel to North America from Hong Kong. I guess it’s because of the nice mattress at Crystal’s, I was able to have a real deep sleep. The breakfast Crystal made everyday was very yummy and nutritious. Everyday breakfast was different. Talking to both Crystal and John was so great!!! I will stay there again when I return to BC next time.

Crystal and John are wonderful hosts, very solicitous and helpful, friendly and warm. The house is beautifully kept with a serene, flower-filled garden patio: a balcony with a nice view of the Van City skyline; and easy access to the major highways and attractions like Capilano and Grouse Mountain. Several really good ethnic restaurants were within a five minute drive. North Vancouver is a cinch to navigate and parking is not an issue. Whistler is a fun.90-minute drive with stunning ocean and mountain views asking the way. We appreciated the freshly baked cookies waiting in our room when we arrived, along with "local knowledge" recommendations and advice. Vegetarian-friendly breakfasts were absolutely delicious - possibly the best quiche and omelet I've ever had. The room was spotless with a very comfortable bed and a large whirlpool tub.

Excellent stay! Very homelike, with Crystal and her husband John taking care of all your needs, with extreme kindness. Breakfasts were all homemade with farm fresh ingredients. Bed was extremely comfortable, unlike hotel beds. All furnishings and interior decor were high quality and attractive, yet comfortable feeling.

The owners are the unique and greatest feature of this luxurious B&B! Crystal and John are warm, helpful, available at any time while giving their guests space. This is truly a magnificent home away from home with splendid features -- excellent bed, breathtaking view from private balconies, spacious bathroom with Jacuzzi, wonderful substantial homemade breakfasts. The host leaves homemade cookies in the room, turns down the bed and provides clean sheets and towels daily, offers advice when asked regarding local attractions and transportation and restaurants, phones for taxis and other information. Cannot recommend Crystal's View too highly. Guests are pampered and made to feel right at home!

Quiet location, lovely room, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful host. We were happy that we chose Crystal's view for our stay in North Vancouver.
