Lovely well kept property, nice rooms, good bar area for relaxing in the evening.

Room a little small as a twin.

This small but perfectly positioned hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of all major tourist spots.secluded haven. Rooms are very clean and great value for money. All staff are polite and very helpful. Would recommend and will definately come back.

Concernant la chambre, le seul regret est la luminosité car elle donne sur une cour mais le soleil ne passe pas et nous ne pouvions pas lever le store plus qu'à la moitié - chambre 220. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, les produits sont frais - le seul bémol est le café qui n'est pas très bon alors que dans les bars le café espagnol est très bon

Le service de taxi. Il faut prévoir au moins 20 minutes de plus que l'horaire auquel vous souhaitez le commander, c'est un peu dommage...

Shower facilities a little small and smoking vernada was right outside our room so we had to keep windows closed

La première nuit nous avions une petite chambre avec une odeur nauséabonde de tuyauterie dans la salle de bain. Heureusement que nous avons pu changer de chambre pour les 2 nuits suivantes, nous avons apprécié la réactivité de l'hôtel. L'absence de vue des chambres (soit sur une petite ruelle étroite, soit avec une petite fenêtre sur une cour intérieure) Le petit déjeuner est bon mais à prix assez élevé (22€)

An excellent boutique hotel situated close to the centre of the lovely city of Seville. From the moment we arrived we couldn’t fault the hotel. All the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast selection suits any taste and the selection is constantly topped up. The hotel has a bar serving snacks and drinks and a roof terrace with sun loungers and a plunge pool. The hotel is a short walk from the centre of Seville so is ideally placed to explore the city. For any vinyl record lovers there are two record shops on the street leading from the hotel to the city and both have a good and varied selection of well priced records as well as other music merchandise. The hotel was recommended to us by our son and we would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone.

We could not reach the property, as the streets were all blocked off. There was an annual procession that started just as we arrived. The hotel gave us no warning, and when we called for assistance, Patricia at the front desk told us this happens every year, and we would need to find a garage outside the old city and taxi in, but taxis couldn’t get in either. We had been in touch with the property prior to our stay about parking (a garage close to the property) and they never mentioned this issue. We could have easily arrived hours earlier to have avoided this. We were physically unable to get to the property and had to book a room elsewhere, and the manager was not available and did not call us back, as requested, and the property refused to refund the 315 euro we paid for this room.
