"Fijne locatie met royale en standaard al luxe kamers."

Fijne ligging t.o.v. Sint-Michielsgestel, ruim vrij parkeren, ruime en luxe kamers met fijn bed en bad-bedlinnen. Zeer goed ontbijt.

Temperatuur van kamer was wat fris, lukte niet comfortabele temperatuur te krijgen zonder blower hard te moeten zetten.

La chambre 1314 inacceptable pour le prix causse bac de douche cassée robinet de douche catastrophique baignoire catastrophique. Le lit alors la c’est vraiment catastrophique.

"Gern mal wieder"

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, das Foyer ist wunderschön. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, das Bett war sehr bequem. Trotz der zentralen Lage zur Autobahn war der Lärm nicht störend. Das Zimmer, das Bad und auch die anderen Bereiche des Hotels waren sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war super!

Wir waren im Restaurant essen. Das Essen kam super schnell und die Servicekraft war sehr freundlich. Leider waren wir von unserem Essen enttäuscht. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nach unserer Meinung nicht. Qualitativ haben wir mehr erwartet. Ist aber vermutlich Geschmackssache.

"Zeer teleurgesteld van Van der Valk Hotel"

TV Toestel bij aankomst stond nog aan. Maar, na enige tijd wou ik TV kijken en deze blokkeerde volledig. Na herhaaldelijk de receptie gecontacteerd te hebben (4x) is er iemand gekomen met nieuwe batterijen voor het TV kastje. Resultaat: TV werkte nog steeds niet om 23u, finaal antwoord was dat de techniekers al naar huis waren. Dus zowel 's avonds als in de morgen geen TV. Bijkomend moest ik de TV bekabeling uitschakelen aan de achterzijde of ik kon de TV zelf niet uitschakelen. Ook gevraagd de temperatuur in de kamer van 19°C naar 21°C te brengen (zeer koud in de kamer), werd ook niet gewijzigd.
