"Great last couple of days"

Difficult to fault. Excellent location great staff, reasonable price given where it is. Easy access to Guggenhiem which is a nice walk, free parking (if you ask) for motorcycle. Great Aircon which was needed as it was soooo hot. Great last stop. Great Mexican barman who is a really nice guy.

Road network around hotel is full of roadworks making it confusing to get to and from not their fault but worth knowing.

"Perfektes Hotel f.d. Besichtigung von Bilbao, TOP"

Lage: Zubizurra Brücke ein paar Meter vor dem Hotel, in der Nacht superschön beleuchtet. Zum Guggenheim Museum ca 10 min zu Fuß, Altstadt auch in ca 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Also TOP. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück sehr gut mit viel Auswahl an Gebäck. Es gab auch Rührei, gedünstetes Gemüse, gute Säfte, frisch gepresster Orangensaft, Wurst, Käse, Joghurts, Auswahl an Ceralien/Körner, Süßes, Obst, sogar glutenfreies Gebäck. Zimmer: Badewanne mit Duschwand, Seife, Shampoo, Lotion alles da. Wichtig war die Klimaanlage und diese hat gut gekühlt und war leise. Im Zimmer gab es genug Ablageflächen! Ach ja ein tolles Extra sei noch zu erwähnen: Beim Eingang gab es jeden Tag frisches kühles Wasser mit Minze oder Zitronen zur freien Entnahme. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Danke dafür! Wir würden dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Der einzige Kritikpunkt war, dass das Rührei und das gedünstete Gemüse nicht warm gehalten wurden und dann meist schon kalt waren, vor allem das Gemüse. Die Pancakes konnte man ja in die Röstvorrichtung für das Toastbrot geben, doch beim Rührei und dem Gemüse ging das leider nicht.

Todo. Amplio, luminoso, súper cómodo , desayuno extraordinario, aire acondicionado de lujazo y vistas a la ría. Recepcionistas de lujo ( sobre todo Rakel!! . desborda profesionalidad y simpatía ). Relación calidad / precio
