Our stay at The Westin Josun Busan was truly elevated by the outstanding professionalism of the team, in particular Hong Hyun Choi at the gym and Henry Park with his exceptional hospitality leadership. At the fitness centre, Hong Hyun Choi demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise. His deep knowledge and ability to accurately interpret fitness assessment results allowed him to provide clear, personalized guidance. He was equally adept at tailoring his approach for my wife and my daughter (under 10 years old), ensuring that advice was age-appropriate, safe, and engaging. His thoughtful and reassuring manner made the experience comfortable and beneficial for our entire family. Equally commendable was Henry Park, who meticulously oversaw every detail of our check-in and room arrangements together with his team. His outstanding hospitality, attention to detail, and proactive approach ensured a seamless and stress-free stay. Every interaction reflected care, precision, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Both individuals are true assets to The Westin Josun Busan, embodying excellence in service, professionalism, and thoughtful attention to detail. Highly recommended.

Best service and best manager ever. The executive lounge served free, but the food quality and manager’s hospitality were so memorable.

What a lovely hotel experience. Everything was top notch. This isn’t a luxury hotel, but it’s not far off. The welcome was outstanding and professional, bags are brought to your room within minutes. We had a wonderful view of Haeundae beach from our room, which was spacious even in the bathroom. We had room service one night and the food was good and arrived hot. There are a number of restaurants which we didn’t try. The breakfast buffet is very expensive. This hotel is at the heart of Haeundae beach. It’s an unbeatable location and it literally dominates the landscape. It was a peaceful respite despite being in the very heart of the action. We would definitely stay here agin, we would love to go back and have a drink in the lobby bar watching the sun go down, and wander the peninsula. This felt like a very luxurious stay and we wanted for nothing. It feels like it would be hard to go wrong staying here.
