Requested 2 queen beds which were good. Actual room was nice and nice size.

Quiet in the corner at the bottom of staircase but very noisy when people were coming up and down especially with wheeled suitcases which kept bumping on stairs. No view at all. View from upstairs balcony not the best. Palm tree was in the way of the sunset! Didn't open blinds since people were back and forth on stairs and could see straight in our room. Bathroom window looked up to building behind so kept it closed - no vent. Only 1 Handicap parking spot and then street when we came back from town. Didn't use shower - looked too slippery.

Really nice little motel! The owner was very nice and receptive. The rooms were nice and clean, comfortable, and close to everything. We were able to walk across the street to Dorn's for dinner.
