L’accueil chaleureux et excellent de l’équipe du Riad La localisation est parfaite

J'ai récemment séjourné dans ce riad à Marrakech et c'était une expérience inoubliable. À mon arrivée, j'ai été chaleureusement accueilli par le personnel, notamment Mamadou, qui s'est montré exceptionnel dès le début. Ses attentions et sa gentillesse m'ont immédiatement mis à l'aise. Il a pris le temps de m'expliquer les différents services du riad et m'a donné des conseils précieux sur les attractions locales. Le riad lui-même est un vrai havre de paix. Décoré avec goût, il allie le charme traditionnel marocain au confort moderne. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres, et ornées de touches artisanales qui reflètent la culture locale. La cour intérieure est particulièrement agréable, avec une petite piscine et des plantes qui ajoutent à l'ambiance sereine. L'emplacement du riad est idéal, à proximité de nombreux sites touristiques majeurs, tout en étant suffisamment éloigné du tumulte pour garantir un séjour paisible. Chaque matin, un petit-déjeuner copieux et savoureux est servi, ce qui permet de bien démarrer la journée. En résumé, ce riad à Marrakech est une véritable oasis. Entre la beauté des lieux, la qualité du service et le cadre enchanteur, je recommande vivement cet établissement à quiconque souhaite découvrir Marrakech tout en profitant d'un séjour relaxant. Notamment grâce à Mamadou !

Gorgeous attention to detail throughout, the staff, the interiors, the breakfasts were exceptional. We could not have been happier about our stay. The rooftop has plenty of sun, and a cool pool to take a dip downstairs (and jaccuzzi upstairs!)! Great eating close buy. BYO wine or beers!

De kleinschaligheid, de rust, de prachtige inrichting. Het voortreffelijke personeel! En de perfecte ligging. Onze kamer ook prachtig van binnen. Wij zijn zo enorm enthousiast en het heeft onze verwachtingen meer dan overtroffen.

The location, the character and the staff who were exceptional hosts

Everything! Rooms were very comfortable, location excellent , quiet and peaceful, ample breakfast and the staff were the very best. When I was ill, they brought me a special tissane. Mamadou made sure we felt the peace of a riad, and answered every question and helped us with taxis. I travel a lot and I have never had this level of personal attention.

The property welcomed us with positive energy and they stay was cozy with great hospitality would definitely love to be there again soon!

Only thing I didn’t like is the staff turn off the Air Con when we aren’t around, with hot weather we want a cool room when we return! And even though the food was sooooooo yummy, we need to wait sooo long for it to be prepared!
