earth quake happened the first night of my 3 nights, then all people went out, i left the whole hotel left with 2 full paid nights for 1000 $usd, when i check out after the earthquake , they didnt pay me back any amount, instead they asked me to pay 200 turkish lira for playing agame! thats all! very bad treatment

Food.

Our bedroom had many issues. The toilet was not stable and wobbly. The bed was very uncomfortable. We were feeling the springs in the mattress. Even though they changed the bed, they put a protection that was sliding which didn’t feel comfortable. I asked for a fresh orange juice on the 1’st day and the restaurant manager rejected it and said those are with an additional charge. He could have honored the first one as a courtesy rather than being mean.
