Some members of staff ( not all) Were very rude and intimidating 😔

Le petit déjeuner pas vraiment à la hauteur, hôtel un peu désuet

Tolle Aussicht vom Pool aus, unser Zimmer war gleich neben dem Zugang zum Pool! Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Beim Pool gibt es leider keine Liegestühle oder die Möglichkeit Getränke zu kaufen (dafür müsste man an die Bar nach unten).

Big room, overally clean, pool usable with great view on the city.

Door not sound proof, can hear noise can people walk and tallk on the corridor. Simple breakfast but acceptable.

J'ai aimé la propreté et la grandeur de ma chambre, Le calme de l'hôtel est l'emplacement même si c'est un peu pancu pour y accéder, ça reste très agréable pour un séjour à founshall.

Rien tout était parfait.

Nice old building from the outside and a 10 minute walk from the centre of Funchal

The room was terrible, with cracked tiles all over the bathroom and hole in wall ,covered with a sheet of paper taped on?. Bath was chipped and marked , mold in corners of bathroom. I have never complained on a review before , but l'm afraid it's the worst hotel room l have stayed in my 62 years. l would rate it lower than single squaddie accommodation in the early 80's

Très bel hôtel extérieur, mériterait un rafraîchissement des chambres. Du coup à quel prix …!?
