Very friendly staff made check in fast. This Red Roof Inn is easy to get to and conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants. We will stay here again when in the are.

Found a bug in the bed. Floor was dirty in bathroom. Dont like being jammed next to others when theres ample room. Unclean.

"Don't waste your money "

This place is in bad shape every where on the outside areas. No elevator. Ramps are on the steep side and a little slick. Room had bad water stains on the ceiling , shower curtain wouldn't even stay closed, so the floor was really wet after you showed. AC was so loud we had to have the volume on the TV so loud. The AC wasn't even on when we got in the room, so it was miserable in the room. I would never stay there again.

"Convenient, nice staff but needs better housekeeping"

It was close to the highway. It also had plenty of room for our vehicle and our trailer. The staff was very friendly and they came quickly to replace the battery in the chirping smoke detector.

The property is definitely dated. Our room had feathers from the pigeons outside. There were cobwebs in the corners. The baseboards were falling off the wall in some places and there was wood rot on the door jam in the bathroom. I was a bit put off when I was told that any excess hair from my dog COULD lead to an additional $50 for cleaning. I took pictures of the room prior to us getting settled.

"Avoid at all costs"

Location is ok. Easy to get in and out of

Black mold all over ceiling. Broken mirror and walls beat to hell. Never serviced the room. Mold and mildew all over the shower curtain. Had to go to store and buy cleaning products in order to shower.Had to request a clean towel and extra toilet paper. Arrived an hour early before check in time and was charged an extra $20 for early check in fee. Had been traveling for 30 hours and was so tired I just paid it. Didn't realize how disgusting the property was until we woke up. Never ever again

The room smell like someone was smoking there, dusty and humid. It was really noisy and it wasn’t clean, specially the bathroom.

This was a pet friendly hotel that is exactly the perfect stopover if you want to get closer to Pigeon Forge an evening before your regular stay starts. Ruby Tuesday you can walk to in 2 minutes and other fast food at same distance.
