Tra le poche positive del posto vi è vicinanza alla stazione centrale e quindi al centro storico. La struttura ha due stanze con bagno comune, che non eccelle per la pulizia: in due giorni non ho visto nessuno a pulirlo. Scarsa era la carta igienica e i prodotti da bagno erano di scarsa qualità. La stanza non era riscaldata (i primi di gennaio). Le lenzuola abbastanza usate. Presente un condizionatore d'aria che spero funzioni in estate.
