ホスピタリティ、空間、朝食のクオリティ体調を崩してしまった際、フロントで休ませていただいただけでなく、娘がまだ小さいこともあり、救急車にも付き添ってくださいました。不安でいっぱいだった中、スタッフの皆さまの温かい対応に本当に救われました。特にLeoさん、Cammyさんには感謝してもしきれません。本当にありがとうございました。ホテル自体もとても素敵で、空間はおしゃれで居心地がよく、朝食も種類が豊富。特に牛肉湯がとても美味しかったです。ライブラリーやキッズコーナーもあり、子連れでも快適に過ごせました。旅行中の大変な出来事でしたが、このホテルだったから安心して過ごすことができました。台南に行く方には心からおすすめしたいホテルです。
