Nice looking hotel but too remote. Room was clean/tidy. There were no helpful leaflets of information about the area or for travel. It seemed to pander mainly to the golfers/germans Food was very disappointing in the restaurant. It was very over priced and salty and portions were too small not nourishing.

Fourth visit & gets better each time. Pleasant staff, beautiful terrace (when the weather allows), nice rooms, good food in the restaurant & less than 10 mins from Bilbao airport

Large rooms, very nice interior decor; great indoor pool. Good staff with helpful advice for getting to the airport, gas station, etc.

As a base to explore northern Spain this is hard to beat. I was a little disappointed with dinner the one time we ate there but otherwise superb. The staff are excellent.

Close to airport and spacious old palace converted to hotel. Huge rooms.

Make sure you have good directions before travelling as the hotel is a few kilometres outside Bilbao. The bedroom facilities were top class and the reception staff very helpful. The restaurant was good but a bit pricey for the standard of food.Would definetly use this hotel again.

Enjoyable stay at this hotel. Reception staff spoke English. Friendly atmosphere. I have a small dog and they provide a number of dog friendly rooms, which is rare in Spain.

its a best place to stay in the city...nice clean and large rooms...food ..and service is good...like to visit again...
