Comfort Suites Batesville

The business center was open but there was no internet service sir the provided computer during the entire 4 day stay. I contacted woman at desk and she blew me off. I contacted the internet provider at number on computer screen and they just required a call from desk - she again blew me off and said it was a corporate issue.

It was a comfort suites.

That our reservation was canceled without any notification.

Nice big rooms, friendly staff

My first room reaked mold, I asked for a new one immediately which I received! The hotel itself feels gloomy and the rooms smell funky! I went and bought Lysol and sprayed the A/C unit and carpet which helped! Do yourselves a favor and pay the extra and go to the Hampton Inn which is New!!!

Great hotel!

It was very quiet and clean. I liked that there was shampoo and conditioner in the shower. I LOVED all the extra plug ins everywhere in the room!

The beds were hard. Still slept ok just hard. I really didnt like the notes stuck everywhere saying if you do this its gonna cost you 250.

People are so friendly at this location. Good breakfast as well.

The staff was very responsive and friendly.
