Comfort Suites Batesville

We checked in and went to our room. We were hit with a musty damp smell. The AC unit was leaking on the carpet (I guess). It was damp and stinky. So, the front desk moved us to the only other room they had. It was infested with ants. On the table, counter, and night stand. They offered to give me some spray. But, I didn't want to breathe the chemicals.

We paid for a room we were never able to use because they do not sell rooms to locals. That policy is not made known if you book with booking.com, and we didn't find out until we arrived at the hotel at 10:30 pm. When my partner tried to find a solution, the front desk clerk was very rude to him.

Stayed here for four nights to visit family. Room was clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable. Front desk staff were very nice. Would stay here again.

It was clean but a bit dated. No real complaints. It’s a comfort suites, not The Four Seasons. So clean, friendly and safe in that small town is just fine.

It was nice, clean, and roomy.

The pool was out of order.

It was a place to sleep. Alot of stains around the room. Mold in the bathroom. It didn't smell fresh/clean. The floors were not clean etc. I don't have a problem with things being old but they should be maintained. Personally, I like things clean.
