Hotel das Cataratas, A Belmond Hotel, Iguassu Falls

O hotel está muito bem localizado, com vista para as Cataratas do Iguaçu e tem uma equipe muito acolhedora e cordial. Excelente o menu degustação - 9 passos - do restaurante Y. Amenidades e gentileza fazem parte da política do hotel. Agradeço a atenção recebida durante minha estadia.

Como sou intolerante à lactose, senti falta de mais alimentos sem lactose. Comuniquei o fato à equipe, que me atendeu prontamente ao substituir alguns alimentos e refeições.

Everything is great that meeting the expectations, the house keeping is super which always ensures a comfortable stay. The hair dryer in my room was damaged which I suppose should be checked and fix in advance.

We loved every aspect of our stay. The hotel staff were the best in the business and the location is beautiful and facilities excellent. The food selection and quality are top notch. We want to plan another visit to Brazil, if only to stay at the Iguacu Belmond again.

What can we say that hasn't already been said about this phenomenal property! This is truly a gem in the crown of all the Belmond Hotels that we have had the pleasure of staying at around the world. Everything was perfectly on point - and indeed it exceeded all our expectations. Our room was gorgeous, with a wonderful view over the falls, and of course, the breakfast was spectacular. From the hotel pick up, to the early morning guided walks to the falls, and the evening glass of champagne to toast the sunset - will truly remain an indelible memory. I need to mention that the evening hotel staff assisted us so quickly and diligently when my sister sustained an injury. Everyone took incredibly good care of us. Heartfelt thank you to Ricardo Bexiga, Hotel Manager for his wonderful care and concern.

Foi uma experiência incrível! Daquelas que a gente deve ter ao menos uma vez na vida. O lugar já é lindo, com um prédio restaurado como esse, então! Faz a gente viajar no tempo e rememorar eras de muita sofisticação. O atendimento é fabuloso, a gente se sente muito especial. Todos os funcionários são extremamentes simpáticos e prestativos. A organização e a limpeza são primorozas. Gostei do café da manha. Do atendimento na piscina. Do champagne no jardim ao fim da tarde. Da exclusividade de acesso às quedas d'água.

Os preços poderiam ser mais convidativos, mas compreendo que são condizentes com um 5 estrelas. As atividades extras, além de caras, são muito restritas. Tentei fazer o passeio da lua cheia e não consegui. O spa é carissimo. O acesso é bem complicado, precisa ficar atento ao horário da van do hotel para entrar no parque ou ir com um taxista que cobra taxa extra para ir até o hotel. Uber não entra. A reserva no restaurante Y foi bem complicada de finalizar, pediam muitas informaçoes repetidas. Mas no final valeu a pena.
