"Customer service"

The front desk crew, Amanda, Austin & Priscilla were exceptional with their customer service. I had two kids & a sick husband and they did everything in their power to help us literally all hours of the night.

The thermostat was hard to manage.

Booked shortly before arrival. Everything was ready, room was very comfortable and the setting was quiet despite being next to the freeway. Price was more than I would normally pay, but the convenience factor and location for my journey was worth it. Would stay here again depending on circumstances.

A new beautiful place. Such a lovely surprise! Clean, new, very comfortable bed, King suite had a very nice layout. Good breakfast with comfortable seating.

Staff was well trained and helpful. My requests were granted even with a very late evening check in as we were traveling long distance.

Everything was great, with the exception of one small thing. See below I love the shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion. And the bed was amazing.

I like to turn the ac to around 66, especially when it's hot. The thermostat wouldn't go below 68 and didn't have the option to at least let the fan run continuously.
