food not good ,staff just asking for money

A complete visual deception. Apart from the hotel's own architectural beauty, there was nothing else that pleased us. I'm writing all our disappointments in the negative section below.

From the moment I checked into the hotel, disappointments piled up one after another. They didn't give us the room we paid for, even though we went during the off-season. Despite the hotel being only 30% full, they said there were no empty rooms and gave us a room at the back, on the lower floor, with no sun or view, and full of bugs and lizards. When we wanted to change rooms, they said there weren't any available. After we insisted, they cleaned a decent room and gave it to us. Even though we arrived in the morning, we only managed to check in to room at 7 pm. And the whole day was spent sitting on a chair waiting for nothing. Once in the room, we ordered food. We ordered two dishes from the menu, one for my daughter and one for myself. They charged 400 rupees per plate to bring the food to the room. We ended up paying an additional 800 rupees for the food. They charged for everything they put in the room. They even charged extra for the small bottles of drinking water they put in the room on the last day. When we complained, they removed it, because it was actually included in the price. As soon as you enter the hotel, a staff member greets you, sends hotel information and activity details to your WhatsApp number, everything seems very professional from the outside. But in reality, it's all just for show. Every activity we inquired about was answered with "not available." Then, when we asked at reception, we realized it was actually available; the staff member who served us was dismissively saying "not available" to everything. Specifically, when we wanted to use the spa, we asked at 1 pm and they said the spa pool was being cleaned until 4 pm. However, the spa was spotless and empty. There was no one cleaning. At that moment, we understood that everything was just for show, there was no real service.

Tout , mais en premier lieu la gentillesse du personnel, l’accueil incroyable, le lieu magique avec la vue, les piscines, les restaurants ! La qualité du buffet au petit déjeuner et au dîner ! Les activités nautiques incluent ! Le baby club accessible et inclus aux petits de moins de 3 ans avec un accueil parfait et avec qui on a facilement confiance !

La literie pourrait être améliorée et le réglage de climatisation un peu difficile entre trop froid et chaud !
