Comfort Inn & Suites Ventura Beach

Our stay started well with a welcoming call from the staff, and we initially liked the hotel. However, room 303 had a constant clicking sound inside the wall that lasted all day and night, making it impossible to sleep. When we asked to check out early and get a refund for our second night (booked via Choice Privileges points), we were rejected. We decided to leave anyway. This felt very unfair, and I won't be staying with Choice Hotels again.

I liked that the property was clean . I also like the staff . There was a kind lady at the breakfast area making sure we were well taking care of.

The staff made the stay. They were kind and always welcoming!

It’s right at a busy intersection that can be a bit treacherous to cross. Though the In and Out burger establishment is convenient right next door it did make for constant stream of cars.

이 호텔은 모든 기본이 안되고 문제가 많았다 블랙퍼스트 또한 기본이 안되어 있었다

We were very unhappy with our stay. The hot water heater broke to the entire hotel. There was not hot water. While the staff was nice about it, they could not refund or discount our stay because the manager wasn't there.

We arrived late. My husband wanted to shower, but there was not hot water. In the morning, we asked for a room with working hot water when we found out the entire hotel did not have hot water. We asked when it would be fixed and were informed that it might get fixed the day AFTER we left. When asked for a refund, they said we would have to call back after our trip was over. So we had to pay for hotel in Ventura twice! We had to go to a different hotel.
