Afstand tot het centrum. Vriendelijkheid van elk personeelslid. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Airco op de kamer en comfortabele bedden.

Ik miste wel een haarverzorgingsproduct tussen de badproducten.

staff was friendly and ave us great information for things that were happening on the days we stayed in Montecatini We had dinner at the hotel and felt like we were eating with our family and the food was very good.

Das familiengeführte Hotel hat einen besonderen Charme. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders Fabio ist immer um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht. Es gibt einen Pool mit ausreichend Liegeplätzen. Poolhandtücher bekommt man an der Rezeption. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Aufzug. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und haben Rollläden. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und es sollte jeder etwas nach seinem Geschmack finden. Ebenso das Abendmenü, das uns sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Private Parkplätze befinden sich direkt am Hotel.

"A lovely place to start our touring holiday. Throughly recommended!"

Friendly helpful lovely staff and a wonderful poolside breakfast was happily set up for our multi generational family. Easy parking (large free car park opposite), very convenient for the funicular (250m) to the old town which was magical at night for dinner. Recommend to make a restaurant reservation in advance especially if you want an outdoor table.

Pool not heated but jacuzzi was warm and plenty of sun beds available, good quality pool towels given out and pool service for drinks.
