Everything - the staff are absolutely exceptional with their warmth and attention to detail. The location is perfect and so relaxing.

The only thing might be a simpler pure Italian menu option as well instead of exploring too much with combinations? The rooms are a bit noisy due to tile floors and not really blocking out light with blinds
