"Needs serious deep cleaning!!"

They had breakfast!

Breakfast area was hot so couldn't eat there. My room had roaches, soap holder still had soap on it. There were alot of cobwebs and didn't smell good! We asked the room attendant for a couple of things and told her she could clean it but when we got back we ONLY got the coffee, 2 towels, no washrags, coffee cups, lids, trash taken out, or bed changed. The lobby looked great so I thought the room was going to be the same. This was the worst hotel!!!!

Unsafe area,did not want to park my rental car in parking lot, went inside the lobby it was dark, my room smelled, something was spilled on floor hadn’t dried. After checking in opted to not spend the night.
