Location

Toilet was loose ...water faucet in bathroom dripped all night ....bed was hard as a rock ... Misunderstood policy and lost my deposit of 100 in cash ....they refuse to send it ti me ...im 3 hrs away and can't just stop in to get it . ..

I had a horrible experience at the Quality Inn. At 4833 Hixson Pikes, Hixon Tennessee 37343-4448. I work in construction roofing we’re a crew of 5 guys. We were here for 2 days. The front desk employee had an awful odor. They were rude and unprofessional. My roommate and I were accused of stealing bed sheets and pillows. I told them to check the cameras. We rented 2 rooms 2 beds for 2 days.

"It was alright - wouldn't stay again."

The location and price were what we needed.

The a/c didn't cool to what we set it to. One of the bathroom lights didn't work and I couldn't do my makeup. The last night our keys didn't work and we had to have staff let us in as we were trying to load our car - he didn't enjoy it and showed it.

Nasty hotel. Dimly lit not a Quality location. If pristine and clean is your preference choose somewhere else! Towels and wash cloths were old, wore out should have been used for car rags!

Location was convenient for my trip. Room was clean

Had a bit of a musky smell in hallway but not in room. AC didn’t cool well. I was warmer than I like all night regardless how I set thermostat.
