Even though the staff doesn’t speak English very well, they were very friendly and helpful.

The staff in the hotel were great. .

Additional facility like refrigerator or kettle in my room was not enough

Breakfast was good and really valuable considering the price of the acco,odation and considering the actually high cost in Turkey. The location was very good, near to the airport with good and cheap connection by bus and metro to the airport. Taxi was about 15 Euro for one direction. I loved it to walk arounde and relax befor retourning to the airport for the connecting flight to Asia, The hosts were very helpful, even I could get cash by using my credit card. In the hotel is also a good restaurant, with stunning view and i got food from the full menu after my arrival at 11pm!

The accomodation was a little outdated but spacious, good for 3 or 4 people

On the day of checkout, an unhappy housekeeper was kicking me out of the room. The rooms are in terrible condition, the breakfast is meager, and the bed linens are dirty.

The Staff kind, nice place, good position.Clean and comfortable.

There is nothing to improve on myside.

The hotel was bright, specious and cosy. The owner welcomed us when we arrived and helped us with everything. The members of stuff were very kind, polite and helpful. Everyone made us feel like we are at home. The people there are so lovely and the beach is so close to the hotel.

Just pay attention that you need taxi to get there from the airport, it costs 25-30 euro per 1 way.

The staff were polite and the location was right at the beachfront, they took our complaints and acted on it promptly.

Everything else! The room that was initially given to us reeked of Cigarettes and there was a broken door in the corner! The toilets were dirty. We complained and they gave us a different room which was a lot better and clean but this was too late. The hotel itself looks very run down and needs a renovation, there were ants and insects in the room. We booked and paid for two nights but only stayed one and decided to spend the second night elsewhere. They should probably inspect the rooms before renting them out and maybe increase the hygiene standards.
