the location was excellent, the staff were super helpful, we have staywed inthis hotel beofre but the price this time was over £100 more than we paid last time and it was a better room the last few times staying there

the shower had a see through window so you could see in whilst the other person used the bathroom. It seemed very intrusive and I did not like it.

Only negative was that they take £50 out of your account as a deposit which is fine but for someone like me who has a set amount of money in my account for my trip, it took a days money from me. I checked out of the hotel this morning and I still haven't got the money back. I think customers should be made aware of this before they arrive.

Great location and good breakfast even if they forgot to mention what is included

Run down, no cleaning for 2 days even if we were out; when we got back in the room the cleaning person knocked on the door at 3 45 pm - when we told her that we will be out again in 30 mins she said she cannot do it later so we just got the towels and got no refills no cleaning They don't have any shower caps or vanity sets Way too expensive for what it offers

Great location within walking distance from Piccadily station & close to tram stop. Easy check-in, spacious room, really comfortable bed & good breakfast. Would stay here again.

Loved everything easy check in and out staff were friendly and helpful and it was so clean which is just the best would certainly stay here again in the future. Thank you.
