Cap Tremblant

The property was nice however there was only one small frying pan, no kettle, only two dull knives and intermittent water supply.

Stayed for 2 nights at Cap Tremblant, our first visit did not disappoint. We had a one bedroom condo with a balcony and a beautiful view of the ski mountain. The deer came up right to our balcony for breakfast, which made our day. Clean, comfortable unit with fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. Having washer and dryer in the condo was a plus as well as eco wood burning fireplace for a romantic evening. We took advantage of the nice sunny weather to play tennis on the property (bring your own tennis balls and rackets). Great customer service - Isabelle at the front desk was excellent! Our check in was quick and smooth, all our questions were answered and requests met, and they honored our Gold member VIP benefits. Will definitely come back!

Overall, very nice, with the upgrades of hardwood floor, excellent views, etc. though the small appliances could have been upgraded, like toaster, etc., which doesn't need to be fancy but a nice one, so is the bathroom, some small stuffs. Another comment is, if anything, more power plug-ins would be nice, especially those sitting areas, as everyone may need 2-3 powers nowadays :).

Overall was good, refreshing view and room was clean. The air-conditioner in the room was a bit noisy.

The outside property was good, the location also good, the views were fantastic. The condo itself needed attention, paint ,carpeting and couches.

Very pleasant, comfortable and cozy

I have been going to Cap Tremblant for 4-5 years. The property is surrounded by beautiful nature. Usually the condos are very privet and the stay is relaxing. This time I was placed in a ground level small condo, the entire building was full of people eventhough there were empty units in other buildings. In the condo there were 4 small forks and 3 wine glasses - all different size, available to use. Usually there are 3 pools available. This time 2 of them were under renovation. This was announced at the checking, not at the booking.

The property was located in a great area of the mountain. Close to the lake and village. The pools were closed at 2 locations. The main pool at the lodge at the top of the hill is old and dated. The pool itself is very dated. For a property on site the extras are very dated. The stay was great however. But the sites require some major upgrades.

Our unit was clean, bright and had everything we needed! Staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were well informed and well taken care of. Pool was amazing. I would definitely stay there again.

Too far from restaurants, no hiking trails directly from the hotel
