U hotelu sa pet zvezdica, sobna temperatura iznosi 15 stepeni Celzijusa, što ukazuje na neadekvatno grejanje. Pored toga, primetni su nedostaci u čistoći i urednosti. Spa centar je neupotrebljiv zbog niskih temperatura i hladne vode. Osoblje je neljubazno, a menadžerka odbija da komunicira na lokalnom jeziku i ne nudi rešenja za identifikovane probleme.
