USUSThe room was clean and had a nice chair and ottoman.
The hotel was very noisy. We could hear conversations in rooms next to us, above us and in the hallway at all times throughout the night. The housekeeping started cleaning rooms at 6 am. Was woken at 6 by housekeeping dumping glass bottles into the trash just 2 doors down. Also serving breakfast would have been nice.
USUSThe staff were amazing, I was there for a funeral. They went out of their way to be empathetic & comforting. Going as far as helping find a local ride share for transportation

Noisy.
USRoom was decent, shower was nice and hot.
Lots of noise, wifi didn’t work possibly due to weather. Wasn’t told about a deposit until I noticed they had charged my card for it. Was told that it would be refunded after check out and that was about 5 days ago. Deposits aren’t an issue but I would’ve at least appreciated being told there was one when checking in.
