USI do not think I got the room I reserved. I am now attempting to contact the hotel itself but the number is no good. Trying to contact Booking.com is next to impossible. Speaking with a real person would be nice. AMENDMENT. I was able to contact the hotel by phone. My bad eyesight read the number wrong. I spoke with the desk clerk and all is sorted. She will relay my information to the company and hopefully the website photos will be updated.
I booked a Superior King Room that according to the website photos had a large bath tub. The actual room did not. The staff was busy at the time so I did not make too much fuss. After I got home and looked at the website again there the photo is of a Superior King with large bath. Trying to contact the hotel or booking.com is a challenge. I would like a refund for the difference in the room I booked vs. the room I got. I was also surprised to find out after I booked there was no breakfast. I thought everyone had a breakfast. Also, there were no cups or ice bucket in the room. That is unusual.
The indoor pool was small, but it was indeed INDOOR! That was great since the weather has turned cool. Everything was neat and clean. Staff was more than helpful. It was strange NOT to have a coffee maker or ice bucket in the room, but you CAN ask for one at the service desk. Breakfast was NOT offered either, but I found Eggbert a mile down the road was excellent!
Everything was great I have nothing bad to say.
