Studio O - Two-Floor Studio, Walk to the Beach

Overall, our stay at Studio-O was as expected. The location was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had to print several documents that they helped me with. We both enjoyed the two story layout, and it was really quite spacious. Definitely great value for the money. Also, being able to step out of the apartment and jump into the swimming pool was amazing.

When we arrived, there was a strong sewage smell coming from the upstairs bathroom. We informed management and they immediately attempted to address it, acknowledging that they had some issues with the plumbing. We were also able to manage the smell somewhat during our stay by keeping the toilet lid closed and the bathroom door closed, so it wasn't a huge deal, but perhaps something to try and address. Regardless, the staff and management were great and always responsive to any issues we raised. In addition, while it was nice having a small kitchenette available, it would've been great if it included either a small microwave or stove top burner that could be used to cook or warm things up.

Absolutely amazing concept od apartments,cozy and lovely design.Swimming pool was good,small but nice for morning or evening chill. Staff were so friendly and quickly responding any requests.

Not a big complaint, but a little refreshing of the walls would be desirable, visible signs of use as well as more detailed cleaning.

Pathetic place to live !

Really dirty place to live ! Bathrooms are really dirty and shower doesn’t work at all!

Great communication was received from the Studio O team as soon as we had made our booking, informing us of important cultural events happening in Bali during our stay to keep us posted of traffic hold ups etc. Upon arrival we noticed a lot of bugs/ sandfly type insects in the studio, which is obviously expected in the climate but this was on a different level. We went out and purchased some bug spray and had used a whole can without any effect. We messaged management and their response was immediate and they sent someone to our room with bug spray straight away which we really appreciated! This was successful for a couple of days (but also left loads of dead bugs now laying on the floor). The communication we received from the team at Studio O was really great, the cleanliness of the studio was not great and joint with an obviously ongoing bug issue in the bathroom this did make our stay feel rather unpleasant.

Place is Preety cool from inside And Pooll is not at maintain

The staff didn't know the English Language and they can't help you the idea They are pretty much unprofessional And not well-trained in hospitality Its bad experience They litterly threw out to me from room

The location and the price

The smell from the toilet/bathroom at night and when it rained. Shower needs a good scrub
