Super 8 by Wyndham Downtown Gatlinburg at Convention Center

The communication with the staff was excellent, we loved the location allowed by the pets.

It is terrible that the area where people take their pets to the bathroom, people do not understand that they should lift the eses of their dogs, despite the fact that where the boat is there are bags, he created that the hotel should demand cleaning if they do not fine them, on the other hand the beds are not very comfortable for 2 people, they should pay much more attention to the cleaning.

Very good hotel, low price too. The break is too small and small amount of eggs, sausage etc.... but the coffee is super good 🤩

Location was good.

Was not made aware that there was a pet charge PER pet when booking the rooms. Was charged additional fees upon arrival. Property was not very clean. Trash was on the grounds and not picked up. Some unpleasant smells and never received cleaning or fresh towels.

The breakfast was good, sad to see there was not a waffle maker.

The pillows were a little too full and the coffee maker was dirty with coffee grounds in the water area.

Breakfast was just a normal small breakfast. Nothing major. The beds were ok to me. The room was ok to me for the amount of money you are paying….its really not bad. I don’t like I found 3 roaches that were found throughout my room was worth it! We got home and left our bags outside. I mentioned it to the staff and he didn’t seem too worried lol
