"Kintla Lodge"

6.0

A July visit. No Air conditioning. Uncomfortable all night. Simple fan provided. All rooms privately owned. General management provided from 8 AM to 11 PM. This place is great if you are there for recreation - biking hiking etc. I was there for busisness, and therefore the rustic approach was not what i was looking for. In the would i recommend this hote section it asks if i recommend this hotel. The answer is yes AND no. If I were looking for destination activities in a semi wilderness area it would be great. If i expected a hotel amenities such as one would find in an HIE hotel, while doing business, the answer is no. This isn't it.

"Don't bother if you've got a choice!"

4.0

Very poor signage - the name plate is tiny and hard to see even when you're right in front of the building. No signage in the parking garage for the elevator lobby - drove right by and unloaded the car and ultimately had to reload and come back. Lousy curtains, cheap fan in window. Unit was a timeshare lock off which is deliberately not stated when you book at full rates.

I just returned from my wonderful 6 day stay at Kintla Lodge. I don't have any complaints about my experience at the lodge.

"Just okay"

6.0

Whitefish Mountain was absolutely beautiful and had many fun activities for a family. Kintla Lodge was okay...seemed clean enough but room was very small and bed was super high. Deck had 2 chairs. It was okay but pricey for how small it is with no continental breakfast. Small a/c in window which was sufficient.

"Overpriced, Beautiful views"

6.0

The lodge was greatly overpriced for a small hot room with no AC and a loud broken window fan. The toilet paper was cheap, rough and horrible. The views were amazing and the bed comfortable. We stayed in room 402L. For the price we expected a bit more.. I'm sure winters are amazing though..

"Worst hotel in North America but good location"

2.0

This privately owned hotel is a disaster. We encountered unprofessional discourteous staff, dirty and very old interiors that were uncomfortable and frankly should never have been rented as a resort accommodation. Worst was the attitude and the approach of the staff - they seemed untrained, genuinely not interested in servicing their guests and rude. I would never recommend others to rent here even if the price is reasonable because the lack of any quality and comfort is probably the reason for the lower price. The resort is in a good location for skiing but apart from that this is the worst property i have stayed in in North America

"Not stay in the summer"

4.0

The room was 82 degrees when we got there. It was 90 outside. Called and asked for a room with AC but they only had 12 total rooms. If they can't accommodate summer they shouldn't be open. No place to eat breakfast either.
