Great location, excellent housekeeping, aircon working beautifully, polite staff, and plenty of carabinieri - yes, they were stationed there, which made the whole stay super secure :)

1. Toilet flush system was poor - I felt like my thumb was operating at 200% capacity to flush the toilet; things like these should have been addressed by caretakers.
