Staff is not friendly. Location is far from everything exept airport.

good location, but slow service in restaurant and cockroach in bath

I was there for one night, ie fro 08:00PM to 06:00AM the next morning and the services provided to me were excelent.

the only problem is that it is away from a town, so no restaurants etc around

Great airport hotel, not far, free efficient shuttle serve. Good breakfast selection, clean and comfortable, very helpful staff indeed

I think £100 was a lot of money for the very basic room. Breakfast although included was not good at all. You are better of eating breakfast somewhere else would have been ok if price was half that

So I booked Athina Airport hotel because they advertised airport shuttle, 24-hr concierge, free breakfast, and WiFi. I knew I would arrive on an early flight so I called before booking to make sure that someone would be at the desk and to see if I could still have airport pickup. I was told yes that they have 24-hr concierge and I’d just need to call them to pick me up when I arrive. When I arrive no one picked up. After trying to call for about 30 min I sent a message through Expedia 30 more minutes no reply so I take a taxi. Upon arriving no one is at the desk. Sign says be back in 10 min. Another 30 min pass finally someone shows up. Yay! Enter room. No WiFi. I call. Wifi is only working in the lobby. Oh well It’s almost 4am now anyways. Sat alarm for breakfast. Ok super excited. But than quickly disappointed. Basically ended up just eating bread and cappuccino. Pros - Close to airport (€12 taxi ride) - Esthetically pleasing decor in lobby - Staff was nice - Lots of amenities - Room had a balcony over looking pool. - Quiet Cons - WiFi wasn’t working - Breakfast was just ok (because it was “free”) - Concierge was not 24-hr that night ( because he had a rough night dealing with police) - Saw some big bugs in hallway (but is expected for the area I’m sure, maybe) - Could be a bit cleaner. Overall, this place isn’t bad I just think I was unlucky. Such is life. It was a very fairly priced hotel as well. So on a typical night I’m sure I’d be great.

For a late night flight, this was an affordable, convenient airport hotel. The counter staff were friendly but the breakfast help was apathetic. Make sure to make an airport shuttle pick up appointment with the hotel! The non-smoking room had a faint stinky smell but the bed was comfortable enough. The bathroom had a large tub but the tile job is shorty. More seemed available to eat if you come earlier for the breakfast hours. The gym was the highlight. I was surprised to find cardio machines and many TRX bands, mats, yoga & kettle balls, as well as hand weights in the basement gym with painted black walls & radio music. If you happen to rent from an airport car hire company outside of the airport, several are an easy walk like GoldCar and AutoUnion. It worked for our one night stay.
