ユニットバスの扉が固くて開閉がスムーズにいかなかったため、開けられなかったらどうしようという不安が常につきまとった 整備していれば気付くのではないかと思われる箇所であるのに直していないのは残念だった フロントには伝えたが満室のため部屋移動は叶わなかった カードキーが1枚だったので、宿泊人数分欲しかった(１名の外出ができなかった→カードキーを指定場所から抜くと電源が落ちてしまうのと、 カードキーを持っていないとエレベーターに乗れないため)

部屋は清潔で広く、棚など沢山あって荷物を置く場所に事欠かない。 パジャマはボタンタイプで寝ている間にはだけたりする事もしないし、ウェルカムウォーター等もあり、不足を感じることが一切なかった。 値段は安かったのに、とても気持ちよく滞在できた。 博多駅から充分歩いて行けた

位置方便，距離博多站走路約10分鐘，途中會經過飲食街，很熱鬧不過會比較混亂。 路口有一間7-11，附近還有lawson。 入住跟退房採自助式，不過有工作人員可提供協助，入住時會另外再收取住宿稅（刷卡）。 一樓電梯旁的洗衣間有2台投幣式洗衣機（￥400/次）跟2台烘衣機、微波爐、冰塊機、咖啡機、熱水機、茶包。 沒有飲水機。 隔音良好，不會很吵。 連住3晚以內的話不會提供打掃，有提供塑膠袋裝使用過的毛巾，和垃圾一起放在門口，會更換新的毛巾。 連住4晚以上會提供1次打掃，在辦理入住時工作人員會詢問要安排哪一天進房打掃。

浴室門檻有提高，出入時要注意高低落差
