Erica Residences - Riverside

I cancelled my stay after 24 hours and followed up with the manager for a refund for payment done. The refund has never been processed since then.

Ideal location and great views. The residence was so spacious and clean. I loved the staff, very kind. It was an amazing place, really enjoyed it and would definitely book again.

We rented the whole apartment and it was very nice for our family. The location felt very safe. Also, the staff were very friendly.

I personally thought the beds were too soft, but the rest of my family didn't mid the soft beds. Also, I wish there would have been a hair dryer available.

The place is far from services

Erica's place was centrally located and in a location which is quiet and comfortable. I opted for the studio apartment, it had water , mini fridge and water boiler, sufficient for my stay. there was a study table and a television in the room as well. the bed was very comfortable.

The internet was a bit slow

Very dusty apartment. Our white socks were literally brown by the time we went to bed and we just spent 3hrs after arrival before going to bed. Internet never worked despite being given three different passwords. The showers had only cold water and we couldn’t shower in the morning!!!
