Everything is amazing! We have a fantastic, spacious room with a beautiful view of the sea and the pools (128). The entire staff is very friendly, and every part of the hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast offers everything you could possibly wish for and fully meets all expectations. I can highly recommend this hotel, and if I return to Adeje in the future, I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel grounds were attractive and well maintained, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. Most staff were polite and professional, and the room was generally comfortable.

Unfortunately, I became ill after eating breakfast at the hotel buffet, resulting in approximately 3 days of a 7-day trip being lost. The illness was reported to reception during our stay, and my partner subsequently also became ill. We also experienced issues with the air conditioning and observed cockroaches on the property, which was disappointing for a hotel marketed as a 5-star resort. What was most frustrating was the handling of the matter afterwards. Despite reporting the issue during our stay and requesting a reasonable partial refund due to the significant loss of enjoyment of our holiday, no satisfactory resolution was provided.

Adorámos a nossa estadia. O quarto era confortável e elegante, o serviço irrepreensível e toda a equipa demonstrou um profissionalismo e uma simpatia exemplares. O ambiente distinto e cheio de charme tornou a experiência ainda mais especial.
