"Vacaciones espectaculares"

Las instalaciones, el comedor ,muy variado en los desayunos y mucho surtido . Habitación y baño grande, camas muy cómodas , todo lo necesario, personal de recepción y limpieza muy agradables. Sin duda volvería a repetir Muy buena ubicación

Nos alojamos dos días en pareja en este hotel de Roquetas de Mar. En líneas generales, las instalaciones son correctas: la zona de piscina es amplia, el buffet bastante variado y la ubicación resulta cómoda. Sin embargo, hubo varios detalles que hicieron que nuestra experiencia no fuese todo lo buena que esperábamos: Zona de piscina: las hamacas son muy incómodas. Las de plástico duro resultan imposibles para descansar y las de tela tienen los soportes tan marcados que acaban hincándose en la espalda. En solo dos días terminé con dolor de espalda. Limpieza de la habitación: en toda la estancia no pasaron a hacer la habitación. El único intento fue cuando subimos de la piscina a cambiarnos, pero la limpiadora dijo que volvería en 5 minutos… y nunca más apareció. Al avisar en recepción solo nos dejaron unas toallas limpias encima de la mesa sin recoger las usadas, algo impropio de un hotel de esta categoría. Intolerancia alimentaria: mi pareja es intolerante a la lactosa y tras tomar café con leche “sin lactosa” (según el envase) tuvo molestias durante todo el día. No podemos asegurarlo al 100 %, pero es algo que convendría revisar porque puede ser muy grave para otros huéspedes. Animación: entiendo que es temporada baja, pero la organización de actividades debería cumplirse. Apenas hicieron un aquagym, muy poco trabajado, y los animadores transmitían pocas ganas. Una simple vuelta por la piscina para animar a participar habría marcado la diferencia.
