Naya Gawana Resort & Spa

We were in the area for a ceremony, hence we only stayed one night. We chose the hotel due it's location mainly, and we were very pleased with our choice. It is a fantastic hotel, big gardens and a great location next to the bay. As we only stayed 1 night, we were in a Kura Kura Room No1. There was no privacy in this room as there was a footpath to sunbeds very close to the window. Other rooms and suites had more privacy. The food and service at the restaurant was good, although we found that 2 different fish dishes, the fish was average, and we have had better in the area. Other dishes, including Breakfast was very good. Poll was excellent, looking out over the bay. In the morning and early afternoon it was not very busy, plenty of shade if needed. Pool service was also good. In the late afternoon, the pool area was quite busy, and the number of sunbeds is limited. Overall we shall visit again, stay a little longer and probably stay in a Bay View Villa

Bella la location, grande la camera pulita e affacciata su un piccolo giardinetto molto ben tenuto! Bello il bagno all’aperto con prodotti eccezionali! A disposizione dei clienti dei dispenser con acqua calda e fredda. Il personale gentilissimo!

I lettini in piscina non erano sufficienti per tutte le camere, tuttavia sotto la piscina c’è uno spazio con una vasca idromassaggio in cui sono presenti altri lettini. Un po’ di confusione durante la colazione, suggerirei di disporre il tutto su più tavoli!

The Bay view Suite was really spectacular. Als thera are s lot of activities to do an very helpful staff. The Restaurant is exzellent. The whole resort is a wonderful quiet destination which we really recommend.

Bel hôtel, très bon restaurant/bar. Piscine super Snorkeling extraordinaire à Menjangan et très bien organisé.

Rapport qualité/prix pas très bon pour Bali. Massage moyen selon la masseuse.

We LOVED the staff. They were so friendly, helpful, and genuine.

We booked the mangrove villa. It was old and tired. The plunge pool was dirty. We couldn't use the deck because of monkeys. There was no outlook as expected. We ended up down grading to the Bay view rooms, which had a view and was much better. The managers only concerned was that we would want our money back The pool area was lovely. However, the pool itself was mouldy and slimy on the walls. Breakfast was very underwhelming. Fruit, toast, cereal and eggs . The coffee was horrendous. We decided to use The Dynasty Resort next door for breakfast. We left a day early and once again the lady manager was only concerned with me signing a declaration that I didn't want my money back. I will not go back to this resort OR recommend it. My only concern with this is for the beautiful staffs jobs.

This hotel is truly 10/10. It was the best stay I had throughout my Bali journey. The staff are so lovely and professional, the location is mesmerizing with the sea view and the infinity pool as well as the view of the mountains. It was really magical staying there and I could feel the calmness and serenity of the place. It is also an outstanding starting point for snorkeling at Menjangan island. Truly amazing experience that is a must in North Bali ❤️

Super hotel na zupełnym uboczu głównych tras turystycznych. Cichy. Bardzo czysty. Można by rzec luksusowy. Dystrybutory wody pitnej w ogrodzie. Piękny ogród. Dobra restauracja.

W zasadzie nic.
