Struttura con qualche stella persa per strada..bagni con sanitari arrugginiti e rotti..per avere una coperta hanno dovuto toglierla ad altra camera.. colazione da rivalutare il personale Non la consiglio

Struttura carente di servizi internet in quanto la zona non ha copertura internet. Colazione scarsa. Oltre alla quantità il personale poco attento alle esigenze del cliente. All’interno dell’erogatore della confettura di marmellata c’era un ape. È stato indicato al personale e la risposta è stata: “ purtroppo la zona è piena di api” . Personale di servizio con magliette sporche che portavano i cornetti. Struttura lontana dal mare. Buona la pulizia delle stanze. Peccato che la tv non funzionava. Esterno della struttura ben tenuta

"Lovely Hotel and friendly staff members"

We had a lovely 4 days in an outside economy room at the Citta Bianca. Everything we needed in the room and an excellent breakfast was included. The pool area is stunning and the staff are very friendly. You really need a car to get about ..only a 5 min drive to Ostuni. Would definitely recommend and hope to return very soon!

Hola, mi experiencia en el hotel ha sido nefacta, por la noche no se podía dormir pues había un cumpleaños y la música estuvo muy alta hasta las dos y media de la madrugada y porqué tuve que llamarles la atención en varias ocasiones, imposible dormir hasta que pagaron la música

"A pleasant staying"

The resort is near by Ostuni, very convenient to get to all the surrounding places. Inside, the resort is very clean and tidy. Swimming-pool zone was excellent and the temperature of the water was pleasant. Breakfast was abundant so it could satisfy all the preferences from sweet to savoury, the only thing that was slight negative was the reduced staff number who slows the flow to choose the products since the customers cannot do it as normal because of the Covid outbreak. The quality offered is by far balanced with the price paid.
