Hotel Regent is in a great location, was clean, comfortable and a good breakfast! Staff were very friendly and spoke English. Comfy beds - a great place to base yourself.

When we went it was very hot and there was no air conditioning, but it wasn't a major issue.

"Szuper szállás Krakkó óvárosában"

Minden rendben volt. A szállás elhelyezkedése szuper, a személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész, a reggeli pedig fenséges volt. Máskor is szívesen választjuk majd a Hotel Regent-et, ha Krakkóban szeretnénk megszállni.

Egy klíma jól jönne a szobákban, de viszonylag vastagok a falak, az asztali ventilátor pedig segített valamennyire bennünket.

Smaczne i różnorodne śniadanie, miła obsługa, dobra lokalizacja.

Zaniedbany brudny hotel ,wykładziny zakurzone, ogólnie śmierdziało w pokoju. Miałam zerwowane cztery pokoje i każdy tak wyglądał.
