⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience at this casino in Marrakech during a poker session. I came as a guest specifically to play Texas Hold’em, and everything was fine until the dealer changed and suddenly introduced a “double draw” situation that I had personally never encountered before. Because another player had gone all-in, I asked for a moment to understand the situation and think before making my decision. Instead of explaining calmly or giving me reasonable time, a staff member aggressively pressured me to play immediately, accusing me of wasting time. I politely explained that I needed a moment to process the hand, but the situation escalated unnecessarily. A manager approached me, and instead of helping resolve the misunderstanding professionally, I was removed from the table and ultimately asked to leave the premises. As a customer, I expected professionalism, patience, and respectful treatment — especially in a poker environment where players sometimes need time to make important decisions. Unfortunately, I felt humiliated and unfairly treated. I hope management improves staff training and customer relations so future guests are treated with more respect.
