"absolut in Ordnung für einen Kurztrip"

Sehr höflich und hilfsbereites Personal welches am selben Tag eine defekte Glühbirne ausgewechselt hat.

Wurde leider nur einmal in den vier Übernachtungen geputzt, gesaugt, könnte der Feiertag gewesen sein?

"Kein zweites Mal!"

15€ Early CheckIn dafür das man 60min früher ins Zimmer darf, das Frühstück war eine reine Katastrophe, die Brötchen waren nicht aufgebacken, die Auswahl minimalistisch und wenn etwas leer war musste man das Personal darauf hinweisen. Das Zimmer wurde auch nicht am 2.Tag geputzt oder Handtücher gewechselt. Ein zweites Mal wird es für uns nicht geben.

Die Lage direkt am Wald ist klasse, so ruhig und schön ist man sonst selten in Berlin.

Bitte mehr gegen Raucher machen, damit es nicht in den Gang zieht.
