B&B Hotel Düsseldorf-Ratingen

TO THE MANAGEMNT OF B&B Hotels; I would like to share my disappointment regarding the behavior of one of your staff members (a lady with short blonde hair - age of 60's) during my recent stay. Around 09:59 AM, just before the breakfast buffet closed, I requested some water to take my medicine. Unfortunately, the staff member refused to provide any and immediately closed the bar with an unpleasant attitude. Her behavior was rude and unprofessional. Throughout our 5-night stay for which we paid over $1,000 , this particular person consistently showed poor attitude and lack of hospitality. It appears she handles multiple roles (reception, cleaning, breakfast, and room service), but her behavior left a very negative impression. In contrast, the other staff members were very polite and respectful, and we truly appreciated their service. However, this one experience overshadowed the otherwise positive aspects of our stay. I strongly recommend reviewing her conduct, as such treatment does not reflect the standards expected from this hotel.
