ZAThe area and peaceful surroundings were great. There was an airconditioner which worked well and made it very pleasant. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom a nice size.
The kitchenette was in very bad condition. The taps on the kitchen sink kept falling off making it difficult with dishes. The kitchen cupboard doors didn't close properly and the fridge was very small with certain parts on the door and inside broken off. Lounge sofa was hard and uncomfortable and the dining chairs also hard and uncomfortable. My suggestions would be to upgrade and redo the entire kitchen area. Remove the wood heater and put in a proper and decent size fridge. Winter doesn't last long and isn't very cold, so there is no need for such an elaborate heater when the other areas are lacking in size and amenities. As it is an ecological area, eco friendly bathroom amenities like soap and shampoo should be supplied to protect the environment. It defeats the object if guests have to bring their own toiletries which are potential pollutants. Our kitchen bin was supposed to be emptied every day, but in three days it was only emptied once. Considering that guests have to pay extra for a cleaning service, at least empty the bin. The area is beautiful but the experience is not as good for the price you pay.

MZBekvämt, kändes lyxigt men fortfarande enkelt. Otroligt vackert precis vid en sjö. Roligt med badtunna som man kunde elda själv. Fint med möjlighet till brasa. Bra läge och relativt enkelt att hitta. Fanns allt vi behövde. Stillsamt och häftigt med vilda djur tätt inpå.
Saknas frukostservering i restaurangen. Vi tyckte det mesta var bra så har inget direkt att klaga på eller var missnöjda över.
ZAI'm sad we only spent one night, though our aim was to enter the Kruger Park, so it's location to Hoedspruit airport and the Park was perfect, and the hosts very helpful in allowing only one-night stay.
