Das freundliche Personal was jederzeit ansprechbar war. Die Ausstattung des Apartments perfekt

Frühstück täglich fast gleich…Kein bzw. geringe Obstauswahl. Brötchenauswahl so lala. Jeder Gast rührt gefühlt in riesigen Schüsseln von Frischkäse bis Quark rum… Speisen zu.t. nicht ansprechend präsentiert..was sicher bei der Größe des Hotels schwierig ist. 1 Kaffeeautomat…zu wenig bei dem täglichen Ansturm. Halbpension Auswahl erinnert an Jugendherberge. Bei nochmaliger Buchung des Hotels würde ich ohne Verpflegung wählen

Ein schönes Zimmer, genug Schränke, tolle Lage

Der Mitarbeiter bei unserem ersten Eincheckversuch war absolut unfreundlich und für den Umgang mit Menschen nicht geeignet. Die spätere Mitarbeiterin beim ein-und auschecken war super nett

Ich war zum 5x im ifa und die Lage ist einfach super. Das Personal ist sehr nett.Sauna und Schwimmbad sind jetzt im Preis mit drin.

Die Matratzen sind sehr hart. Frühstück ist jeden Tag das gleiche. Gleiche Wurst, gleicher Käse.
