Said coffee and breakfast as it says on the wall but there was nothing no coffee no breakfast staff was never seen

Convenient clean and host was very polite.

Bath towels are size of hand towels and water pressure for hot water is very low in shower on first floor

Desk clerk was not there. Once there, was rude, wouldn't except any cards for payment, cash only, and could not make change. So had to overpay, after booking charged me also and never should have. There were bugs with a fresh bomb spray can still in the room, no extra blankets or pillows and what were there resembled what you might think of inmates getting at a county jail. The TV did not work. The outside doors did not lock. It smelled real funky....just nothing good to say about this place or booking on this one. Overcharged twice, and would have been better off sleeping in the car. I don't mind a cheaper place sometimes but to get double charged and have nothing good to say...should have slept in the car. Thanks...no, not really...

Absolutely. Everything about this day was horrible. I have stated this hotel multiple times since a child. And this was the absolute worst ever no air conditioning throughout the whole building in the rooms. Very dirty, no staff to be found. Smell of drugs was extreme. Elderly black men posted all around the building , smoking and drinking

Do not recommend they have portable AC units and room wasn’t clean sheets and towels had stains. And it has an horrible smell

Nice looking on the outside, smelled like a foot that hadn't been washed in a month and I'm a former submarine rider so i know. No coffee at the coffee pot or snacks in the vending machine. People had box fans in their windows because they had no control over their individual ac units and some were pumping out heat. Temp in our room was set for 64 but never got below 74 even at night. Staff wasn't there for our check-in and the guy who checked myself and another person was sitting outside while we were waiting at the desk then went right back outside after just taking my keycard and did not actively process me out. Had to call the next day to verify i was actually checked out but it took several hours because no one answered the phone, even took Expedia 2 days to get in touch with them to verify a partial refund for early check out which the hotel refused even though it was covered by their policy.

It was the only hotel close to Minonk. Cheap price.

It looked like it was ready to be condemned. The facility was run down since Motel 6 sold it. It wasn't fancy then, but now the shrubs and grass are a mess. The inside hallways are dirty. The room smelled of smoke and the smoke detectors was removed and laying under a drawer. There was no ice. If it hadn't been for the location that we needed to be near, we would have stayed in El Paso. That's the plan next time we need to go there.
