I booked the room hours in advance and paid online, when we got there the computer was down and the man at the front desk acted like he didn’t care whatsoever, there were about 10 other people in the lobby waiting to be checked in and when we got to the counter after about an hour he had the wrong room for us, we asked for a refund and he said he would do it and only wrote down my name.. hoping I can get a full refund, and the place was loud and disgusting

I like the suites that I stayed in but the regular rooms were too small but the suites were clean and big and comfortable I loved them so much that it was all that I would stay in instead of the regular rooms.

I don’t like the location all too much but it’s not the worst in the world. And I didn’t care for too much of the staff that worked there too much. And I didn’t like how small the regular rooms were and some of the regular rooms were not all too clean.
